Jim will take the time to familiarize himself with your goals and tailor a fitness program to your lifestyle that will allow you to achieve them. Being a father with a busy work schedule himself, he knows the playbook for managing your life and staying in shape simultaneously. He is also fully aware of just how much of a game changer a good fitness routine can prove to be in terms of your physical well-being, self-image and confidence. Working with Jim, you’ll start a one-on-one relationship with someone who is encouraging, knowledgeable, and fully vested in providing you the coaching, tools, and support you need to be successful. Jim is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Precision Nutrition L1 certified. |
