Online coaching is simple! All you need is a mobile phone and internet connection. Based on your starting point, goals, and access to fitness equipment, we’ll develop and deliver a tailored exercise program through an industry-leading training app to get you the results you want, whatever they may be. Support and encouragement are always available and you’ll have a trainer that is as vested in your success as much as you are.

Will I get the same level of attention and support I get from an in-person trainer? Absolutely - in fact, you'll get more! In addition to monthly check-ins, we'll continuously monitor your progress and reach out to see how you're doing, answer any questions you have, and provide some "tough love" when needed to keep you on track. We're focused on YOUR PROGRESS and RESULTS above all else. |
Will this just be a cookie-cutter program I can get off the web myself? Definitely not. Based on your starting point, goals, and how frequently you can workout, we'll design a program tailored specifically for you and update each it month so you stay engaged and progress. |
What if I don't know how to do a particular exercise correctly or just worry that I'm doing it "wrong"? A few things to keep in mind. First, there are only a few movement patterns that, once mastered, will enable you to do a wide variety of exercises correctly and well. Second, we'll work with you in-person a minimum of 3 times in a NJ gym to show you everything you need to know, watch you perform the exercises, and give you form tips as needed. Third, with online training, every exercise will come with written and video instruction so you'll always have them in hand whenever needed. And finally, if you do have any questions, we're available to provide you the support you need until you're confident. |
How will I know if want I'm doing is getting me closer to my goals? We'll measure and monitor your progress, that's how. We'll take a few key body metrics before you begin and continue to measure them on a consistent basis to see how you're progressing. If something is working, we'll stick with it. If it's not working, we'll figure out why and course correct. |
